Asked for a simple haircut with a hard part and my hair was butchered. After she shaved it she told me there wasn't anything left for a hard part. I have never had a haircut this bad in my life and this isn't the first bad cut from this location. I'm humiliated and have job interviews to attend while looking like this. There is nothing left to even fix. Would recommend anywhere before I recommend this place.

I got a trim with the buzzers, 4 on top 2 on sides, so I have a huge patch of hair at least 2 inches long on the back of my head!!! Would love to attach the picture but can’t!!!! It is about a 3 to 4 inch patch of hair that was missed. Can’t give a zero so there’s the one star😖

Great experience everytime I go in! I get the MVP treatment and always choose Ruby! Great conversationalist, always makes me feel welcomed and overall a great stylist. More barber shops need someone like Ruby!
